How long does it take to get good at Wushu?

I want to start training in Wushu some time soon, but could someone tell me how long it takes to get pretty good?

In case it matters, I%26#039;m 15, Male, and already in very good physical condition.|||Wu shu is not a %26#039;sporty dance%26#039; art i%26#039;m sorry. If you%26#039;re learning something named Wu shu and it is sporty artlike then you need to learn something else. Traditional MA Wu Shu is extremely acrobatic and very very difficult to master, even learn. Before you try wu shu you%26#039;re expected to be naturally very acrobatic or have a capacity to be as such. If not, you need not apply.

Good example of a Wu Shu Master is Jet Li, it really isnt much of a combat art. Even traditionally.|||about half an hour.|||It is a vague question. If by %26quot;good%26quot; you mean able to win first place in your category at an invitational, I%26#039;d say about 5 years.|||sporty dance kind? If you want to learn this for showing off, don%26#039;t do it. There are always people out there ready to find out how much real art you know and are looking for a fight. If you want to dance, learn something like step. Then show off.
