Hey, I need serious help with my 540. I can land it, but I keep leaning forward so my leg doesn%26#039;t get much height. I can%26#039;t control it! Help!|||Practice tucking your leg in body and focus on pulling you center of gravity back. Before you do your 540 though do all the motions slowly until you know exactly how each one feels....|||Can you post a video of it?
I have some experience with kicks, so I might have some pointers. But never tried a 540, nor would I ever imagine even trying.
