If you are training for health purposes, then you wouldn%26#039;t train as much. Your age and state of health is equally important. For instance, 2 hours daily for a teenager would be fine, but for someone who is over the age of 60 a less strenuous exercise schedule would be appropriate.|||Always know your limitations.
