I want to learn wushu but it's hard to gather money for me to go to china, plus i'm only 14. What should I do?

Become a well conditioned athlete/gymnast. Learn to speak Chinese.Pray you overcome inherent racism against foreigners living in Asia, it will affect you. Turn 18 and go to the college of physical education in Beijing or one of the other big schools for wushu.

Or

you can ask yourself why you want to learn wushu(I assume you want to be a performer or actor). If you want to be a %26quot;deadly%26quot; Kung Fu Master, you need to learn a better martial art.(MMA,Muay Thai/BJJ).America has some of The best Martial arts training in the world, I highly doubt any of the 2 billion people in china could match the best European or American(north, south, or Latin). At least they have not done so to date. One more thing; Take it easy on the %26quot;chop socky%26quot; movies you grow hair on your palms....|||if money is a real issue... like it was for me when i was younger, rent or buy old chinese martial art movies. altho corny and the Dubbing of the film are absolutely terrible most of the film do state real ways of training.

Try Youtube.com or ask around, if u see ppl in the park training, ask if they may teach u or advise u on so moves.

%26quot;But please Note%26quot; do NOT ever try doing Chi Gung %26quot;breathing techniques%26quot; with out superversion of a teacher. If practiced wrongly it can damage the body seriously.|||Look around at your local martial arts schools and see if there are any you like. Maybe you have a wushu school were you live, maybe not, but there are other arts you can try until you can find one|||Get experience and learn the art at you local Dojo.
