I know there are different kinds of Martial arts. For instance,Wushu,Taekwondo,Aikid鈥?see the detail.?

jujitsu,ETC.But my question is what are the features that makes Wushu different from the rest.

And my second question. What is the best workout that helps to have a little endurance while practicing Wushu.|||Wushu is primarily acrobatic and demonstrative rather than combat based. It%26#039;s movements come from combat but they aren%26#039;t used for fighting.

Any gymnastics training or exercise will be a good workout for wushu. Work on flexibility no matter what martial art you study.|||Wushu movements are soft and gracious, while in other martial arts, they are stronger and harder, aiming right at the target. Wushu seems to give priority for beauty and elegance, rather than to efficiency in combat. Of course, I don%26#039;t mean to underestimate its real value as fighting technique, but I%26#039;m just talking about it%26#039;s practicing.
