what you do regularly yoga or martial arts what you will prefer for yourself|||I might not be helpful with my answer, but pick whatever you are instinctively feeling drawn to. Both will have their own uses and advantages and will help you in many ways. Or u could start with one of the classes, see how u feel, and if u don%26#039;t seem to like it, you can always drop and change to the next. I personally love Yoga. And there are some who%26#039;d pick a martial art. It totally depends on what u r feeling drawn to most.
If still in doubt, read about these disciplines online and do some research on websites.|||If you are an honors student, then you know that philosophy is the epistemological identification of metaphysical existents, and their hierarchical ordering.
So what does that have to do with yoga or martial arts? Why not study piano if you%26#039;re bored? Or play basketball?
If you are attempting to take your mind off studies and %26quot;sharpen%26quot; your mind with physical methods, you just as easily play soccer or rugby or basketball.
Otherwise, it%26#039;s your choice. Neither of them is %26quot;better.%26quot;|||I%26#039;d say Martial Art Wushu, KongFu, Aikidu or whatever. Why ?
1- U have only 1 hour.As a philosophy oriented U need some hard sport which depend on logical multi-procedures rather than jogging 4 EX : (a1 simple procedure).
2- It will give U a hint that philosophy opens the doors to other subjects , and that its a mean not an objective in it self.
3- I do Tai-Kwan-Du to stay in shape. Yoga %26#039;d get me into arguments w/ myself.|||I say both. Both will beneficial to you.
