i want to became an mtv roadie at any cost
at present i had became very thin and weak
what i should do to increase my power and stamina
1 gym
2 wushu classes
gym is very boarning and i am thin too
please advice me friends
does if i will practice wushu it will increase my power and stamina|||I wonder how old you are? If you are still in your teens remember you have still got some filling out to do so don%26#039;t work out too hard.
Swimming and running are great sports for building your stamina. Then you could do some work with weights to bring up your strength and help you to bulk up and develop muscle. I find the gym boring too, so often I join exercise classes like spinning for stamina or body pump for strength as I find the group workout with an instructor motivating.
The important thing is to play around and try a bunch of different sports, especially for general fitness. Nothing works if you get bored and stop doing it, so you have to find something you enjoy. And don%26#039;t forget to eat well. It will support your exercise program and give you the energy to succeed. Good luck!|||Wushu, like all martial arts, are good all-round exercises. From my experience in martial arts, I can say that if you practice martial arts you will gain strength and stamina as well as improved flexibility and faster reactions.
However, if you are aiming for muscle bulk, then I would suggest gym as this will increase your ability for carrying and overall strength.
Another aspect to consider is your diet, to gain muscle you will need to eat a lot more protein, so consider meats and eggs. A more detailed list can be found here:

If you do lots of power lifting, and get lots of protein and nutrients, you should build back up strength and size. As for stamina, running/boxing and stuff should help build that. I%26#039;m sorry, I don%26#039;t know what wushu is though.|||dont pay to do something, just do some exerciesse at home,
In the morning before school do a 5 minute jog, then slowly build it up.
Press ups and Plank are very good to build it up you stamia and strength.

that did it for me
in other words, neither :SWIM|||its called steriods|||gym and milk...real strength|||I think doing some sort of martial art (taekwondo)
