...i can split on the floor not smoothly but i can touch the ground...
any tips will do on improving my split and doing the landing split...
thanks...|||if u mean a jump inside kick into the splits, practice just jumping into the air like u normally would, but dont kick. instead just bring your knees up. try to land in the splits. keep practicing that way. then u can add the kick to the jump. also try to spread ur legs apart as soon as u finish the kick.|||Just try landing as hard as you can, that will work perfect!!! remember... as hard as you can WITH NO STREATCHING!
